A fire Tuesday afternoon at a home on Colborne Rd. is deemed suspicious. Sarnia Fire and Rescue responded to the 900 block north of Hwy. 402 around 1:45pm. Fire officials say the blaze started in the basement laundry room with most of the damage contained to that area. It's believed the fire was deliberately set but investigators say there's insufficient evidence to determine the exact cause and lay charges. Damage is estimated at around $15,000.
