Its the 13th annual Jazz and Blues in the Village this weekend. Spokesperson Connie Ellis says some of the acts this year include Lit'l Chicago, The Betty's and the Paul James Band. She says proceeds from the event will go towards the Sarnia Organ Donor's Awareness group. "It stays within Sarnia-Lambton to support patients who are on waiting lists for a transplant or who have received a transplan," says Ellis. Gates open at 6pm Friday and Saturday at 1:30pm at McGibbon Park. Ellis says they're hoping attendance reaches 1,500 over the two days.
