A registered practical nurse (RPN) at Bluewater Health has received the prestigious de Souza Nurse Associate Designation, the first to receive it in Sarnia-Lambton and one of only 25 in Ontario. Sheila Courtney works at CEE in Petrolia and is a member of Bluewater Health's Advance Care Planning Committee and a valuable resource on palliative care best practices.
