The pregnant mother of four children, ranging in age from three to 15 years old, says the windfall comes at the perfect time. 
 
Dillman plans on buying her first home and putting a permanent roof over her family's heads.
 
The winning ticket was purchased at Food Basics on Indian Rd. in Sarnia.</p>
