Water Symposium On At Lambton College

Lambton College Event Centre is hosting its second annual Water Symposium.

The college's Applied Research & Innovation department is working with the Sarnia-Lambton Economic Partnership, Western Sarnia-Lambton research Park and Startup Sarnia-Lambton

The day long event focuses on new advancement in water and wastewater technologies, policies, strategies and initiatives.

Dean of Applied Research & Innovation Mehdi Sheikhzadeh says the technologies will also be highlighted by industry and academic.

"We are hoping to attract more people from all over Canada including academic institutions and industry to come and present their research and technologies, hopefully helping each other to collaborate and commercializing those technologies," says Sheikhzadeh.

He says the symposium has attracted presenters from leading water and wastewater organizations across Canada.
