Impaired Man Refused Service At LCBO

A 45-year-old Sarnia man, refused service at a local LCBO store, was found to be three times the legal limit.

City police were called just before 7pm Monday and were able to stop a man who had driven off.

Police allege the man became combative and tried to resist arrest.

He's charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and resisting a peace officer and is to appear in court May 10.
