It happened in the 4000 block of Petrolia Line near Princess St.
Petrolia Fire says one person was taken to hospital with unknown injuries.
Non life-threatening injuries are reported in another two vehicle crash this morning on Hwy. 40 near Petrolia Line.
Lambton OPP and EMS responded just before 8am.
Police says both crashes appear to be weather related.
