Sarnia police confirm the murder charge against Marshall Jay Scott Maness was dropped by the Crown. A pathologist report ruled 42-year-old Raynold Fisher died as a result of an ATV crash. He was found with critical injuries August 5 on Vidal St. S. and died the next day. Maness remains charged with assault and is to appear again in court January 19.
