A Sarnia man is celebrating a lottery win. Glen MacKinnon matched six of seven numbers plus the bonus number to win the second prize of nearly $72,000 in the November 27 Lotto Max draw. MacKinnon says he plans to pay off his bills, buy a new car and go on a nice trip. He adds for the first time in his life, he'll be debt-free. The winning ticket was purchased at Pioneer on Confederation St. in Sarnia.
