There was a stabbing in the 1000-block of Talfourd St. Thursday afternoon.
Sarnia police say two neighbours got into a dispute around 4:30pm.
The 35-year-old male victim was in his garage when he was approached by a 33-year-old man.
After a brief conversation, police say the 35-year-old was stabbed once in the chest. He is undergoing treatment in a London hospital.
The accused is in custody and faces charges including assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily harm and four counts of breaching his probation.
No names have been released yet and there is no indication what they were arguing about.
