A 26-year-old Plympton-Wyoming resident died in a single vehicle crash on Uttoxeter Rd. late Friday night. Lambton OPP say Viktor Artemenko was driving northbound around 11pm when his vehicle left the road between London Line and Hwy 402. and hit a hydro pole. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say a 23-year-old passenger, Oleksandr Melnyk of Plympton-Wyoming, was taken to hospital and believed to be in stable condition. OPP, in conjunction with the Provincial Coroner's Office, continues to investigate the cause of the fatal crash. OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigators attended at the scene.
