The decision was made in a unanimous vote at Thursday morning's special meeting.

The court will decide on August 26th, whether or not to approve the purchase, which is being recommended by the receiver.

Details such as sale price or the expected closing date have not yet been released.

If approved, Wilsondale Assets Management will take over the property within 30 days.
