Stabbing Cause Of Death In Homicide

The cause of death in Sarnia's first homicide of the year has been determined to be a single stab wound.

A 19-year-old Sarnia man was killed in an altercation Friday July 24, 2015 at a home at 138 Ontario St.

Constable Les Jones says the accused, a 17-year-old Sarnia male, is facing additional charges including drug trafficking

Jones says the accused remains in custody awaiting a bail hearing.

A 22-year-old Sarnia man also suffered multiple stab wounds in the incident last Friday. He was treated at a London hospital and released.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
