Sarnia's mayor says he's underwhelmed by city staff's recommended amenities plan for Centennial Park. Plans include trails and parkways, a playground, gardens and landscape and a community launch pad. With the Dow People Place to be demolished, Mike Bradley is disappointed there isn't enough money for a permanent roof over the central gathering space and stage area. Instead, built-in anchors are recommended to allow for a wide variety of tent layouts.
