This year marks the start of a new strategic planning cycle for Bluewater Health.
CEO Sue Denomy says it will include review of the organization's strengths, opportunities, aspirations and results from the last plan for the years 2013-2015,
She says they have five strategic priorities, quality care, exceptional relationships, outstanding performance , a culture of innovation and inspired people.
Ms Denomy says they are reaching out to a variety of internal and external stakeholders including the public.
