A portion of Blackwell Side Rd. will be closed for two months starting Tuesday. Construction Manager Rob Williams says the roadway from just south of London Line to Glen Abbey Dr. will be closed to traffic for reconstruction and storm sewer work. Williams says its a two phase project. And Tile Yard Rd. will be closed from Bear Creek Bridge (near First Ave in Petrolia) south to Rokeby Line for four weeks from 7-5 daily.
