Bradley says RBC naming rights is the largest sponsorship opportunity on the horizon, which they hope to have in place by August.
Andy Bruziewicz was the only councillor to not support the recommendation, believing the third party was not needed and city staff could complete the task.
$51,000 will be drawn from the Parks and Recreation Reserve with the total cost to be refunded with revenue from sponsorships.
