Sarnia's Mucho Burrito franchisee Donna Hogan says they hope to hold a grand opening January 19 at the Lambton Mall Rd. and Exmouth St. location.
Hogan says hiring is underway. She hopes to have between 25 and 30 employees.
There are close to 100 Mucho Burrito restaurants in Canada. Until now the closest Mucho Burrito was in London.
