Woman arrested for threatening store owner
Chatham-Kent police responded, around 7:20 p.m. Saturday, to a disturbance at a business on King Street.
Police said that an officer determined that a woman had been yelling at a store owner, threatening to kill him and burn down his building.
According to police, the woman left before they arrived on scene, but she was located a short distance away.
A 47-year-old Chatham woman was charged with two counts of uttering threats.

Woman arrested for public intoxication
A 45-year-old woman was taken to Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters on Saturday to sober up.
At around 9 p.m., police responded to the Vanier Drive area in Tilbury to check on a woman's well-being.
Officers found that she was intoxicated and unable to take care of herself.
The Tilbury woman was arrested for public intoxication.
