GOJHL unveils October Player of the Month awards

The GOJHL have released their Player of the Month awards for October in the Midwestern Conference.

Sean Kawalec of the Kitchener Dutchmen was named Offensive Player of the Month. Kawalec potted 22 of his GOJHL leading 44 points in October, scoring 11 goals and 11 assists.

Elmira's Carter Lennon was named Defensive Player of the month. Lennon has been part of a division best defense that's only allowed 40 goals.

Listowel's Evan Morrison was named Goalie of the month. Morrison went 6-2-1 with 1 shutout, a 2.10 GAA and a sparkling .929 save percentage.
