Cyclones forward Holdyn Lansink named OHA Junior B Player of the Year

Holdyn Lansink has added another impressive accolade to his trophy cabinet.

After being named GOJHL MVP, and leading a young Cyclones team all the way back to the Cherrey Cup final and Sutherland Cup playoffs, Lansink has been named the OHA Junior B Player of the Year.

In four seasons with the Cyclones, Lansink became the all-time points leader for the franchise, amassing 290 points in 194 games. He was an instrumental part of two Cherrey Cup championships in 2017 and 2018, as well as the Cyclones first ever Sutherland Cup win last season. This year, Lansink exploded for a career year, putting up 46 goals and 65 assists for 111 points. He also put up 36 points in just 21 playoff games.
