Local Fastptich Players At Pan American Tournament

Brussels' Ty Sebastian, Port Elgin's Blake Underwood and Team Canada are set for the Pan American Fastpitch Championship in the Dominican Republic which starts today.

Canada plays Costa Rica tonight at 8:30pm, one of seven pool games for Canada.

The top five teams out of 22 qualify for the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru.

Team Canada Schedule: September 15 - Canada vs. Costa Rica, 8:30pm EDT September 16 - Canada vs. Panama, 7:00pm EDT September 17 - Canada vs. Belize, 2:00pm EDT September 18 - Canada vs. Bahamas, 2:00pm EDT September 19 - Canada vs. Argentina, 2:00pm EDT September 20 - Canada vs. Mexico,2:00pm EDT September 21 - Canada vs. Guatemala,4:30pm EDT September 22 and 23 - Elimination Round September 24 - Medal Round
