Three of Bruce County's five mountain bike trails are now open for the season.
Those are the Mountain Bike Park near Wiarton, the Lindsay Tract near Miller Lake on the Bruce Peninsula and the Carrick Tract near Mildmay.
Bruce County Trails Manager Andrew Beumer says the conditions vary around the county.
"At this point we're basically looking at making sure they're safe so we need to get out there and clear any debris," says Beumer. "Around the Carrick track it's quite dry. The property around the Brant is a clay based property so it takes some time for all of that water to drain."
Beumer says they are busy working on the Brant Tract near Paisley now and hope to have it open soon.
