Exeter Rolling In SOJHL Playoffs

The Exeter Hawks are hoping to finish off thier first round series with Thamesford before the weekend. Heading into tonight the Hawks leads the Trojans 3-1 in the best of seven series.

Exeter took game 1 6-3 before a 7-6 loss in game 2. They bounced back to take games 3 and 4, winning 5-4 and 5-3 respectively.

Leading the way for the Hawks is forward Chase Thornton. The league's top scorer with 98 points has chipped in with 9 so far in the playoffs.

Tonight's game 5 goes at 8 p.m at the South Huron Rec Centre.
