Cyclones Come Up Short to Waterloo

After two straight wins the Listowel Cyclones narrowly fall to the Waterloo Siskins by a 2-1 score at Memorial Arena.

Keeping to their aggressive and defensive style, the hosts were able to keep the 22-13-3 Siskins to a 0-0 score heading into the third.

In that final frame, the top three league scorer Christian Mroczkowski opened the game for the visitors.

Lisotwel's Derek Elliot would even things up midway through the period before Waterloo got their game winner. Michael Romund would get credit.

With one more game remaining on a three game in four night set. They head to Brampton tomorrow for a 3:30 start.
