Cyclones End Weekend With Loss in Waterloo

The Listowel Cyclones were shutout on Sunday afternoon in GOJHL action 2-0 by the Waterloo Siskins.

Listowel outshot the Siskins 31-27 but were unable to beat goaltender Evgeny Kiselev.

After a scoreless first, Waterloo got on the board on the power play from the stick of Danny Hanlon. They would add a second in the frame from Christian Mroczkowski.

The Cyclones get another crack at Waterloo in their home barn on Friday.

The Lower Thames Valley Conservation Authority is reporting some flooding in downtown Chatham and more could be on the way.
