Loose horses get police escort home in Bruce County

South Bruce OPP officers were called to an unusual scene this week after a group of loose horses was spotted wandering along a rural road.

Video posted by police shows the animals walking in a line between two cruisers with lights activated as officers guided them safely back to their property.

In the social media post, police noted that "policing in Bruce County can be strange at times," adding that members of the B Platoon stepped in to make sure the horses made it home without incident.

Video of the incident can be found here.
