Update: Motorcyclist dies of injuries suffered in crash southwest of Listowel

Provincial police say a motorcyclist who was critically injured in a crash in late September has died.

Perth OPP, Perth County Paramedic Services, and the North Perth Fire Department were called to the collision at the intersection of Perth Road 173 and Perth Line 72 around 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 30. Police determined a motorcyclist lost control of the bike, veered off the road, and crashed.

The motorcyclist was taken to hospital for treatment of serious injuries. On Wednesday, November 5, police announced that the motorcyclist, a 52-year-old man from Mitchell, had succumbed to his injuries on October 24.
