Wellington OPP are trying to identify two suspects in a road rage incident earlier this month in Mount Forest.
According to police, the incident began as a dispute among drivers on Main Street that escalated into a physical confrontation around 6:30 p.m. on August 8. Two people allegedly assaulted a third person causing minor injuries. The pair took off from the scene before police arrived.
On Monday, police released pictures of two suspects and a suspect vehicle in hopes the public could help identify the pair believed to have been involved.
Both suspects are described as being East Indian men, with tanned skin, short black hair, and an average build. The first was wearing a white sleeveless shirt with grey pants, and black shoes, while the second suspect had on a dark coloured shirt, black pants, ball cap, and white shoes. The two may have been driving a dark coloured 2017 Nissan Sentra, police said.
