Grey Bruce OPP recover stolen car

Grey Bruce OPP recovered a stolen Mercedes-Benz as part of an ongoing stolen property investigation in Grey County.

A search warrant was executed at a property on Artemesia Street North in Dundalk on the morning of February 20 as part of the investigation.

There, officers located and seized a 2018 Mercedes-Benz 2C4.

Police say the total value of the recovered stolen property is estimated to be $40,000.

A 49-year-old of Dundalk was arrested and charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000 and altering a VIN number.

The accused will appear in Owen Sound court next month.
