UPDATE: More Snow Squalls for Midwestern Ontario

Snowy, windy weather continues to dampen any outdoor long weekend fun.

Environment Canada issued another snow squall warning for Grey, Bruce, Huron, and Perth Counties early Sunday morning lasting into the evening.

By 9 a.m. the warning for Huron and Perth Counties had ended.

The region could see 10-20 centimetres of lake-effect snow throughout the day. Wind gusts could reach up to 70 kilometres per hour.

"Snow squalls cause weather conditions to vary considerably; changes from clear skies to heavy snow within just a few kilometres are common," the weather agency warned. "Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions."

It's also advised that any non-essential travel be postponed until conditions improve.
