The local snowmobiler with plans to break the world record for longest distance travelled in 24 hours by snowmobile has had a little mud thrown on her plans.
Lisa Whiteman will now jump on an ATV to set the longest distance travelled by a woman on an ATV in 24 hours.
The event will still take place February 17 and 18 at the Full Throttle Motor Speedway in Varney.
Whiteman said there is no current record for women, so she plans to rack up as many miles as possible.
