The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance is notifying the public regarding yet another temporary ER closure.
HPHA officials says that the Seaforth Community Hospital will close its emergency department on Thursday, July 27 at 6 p.m.
The Seaforth ED will re-open on Friday, July 28 at 7 a.m., and regular 24-hour operation will resume then.
Paramedics will remain available to the community and will re-route to the nearest available Emergency Department.
The closest 24-hour Emergency Departments to the Seaforth Community Hospital are:
-Exeter – South Huron Hospital
-Goderich – Alexandra Marine & General Hospital
-Stratford – HPHA– Stratford General Hospital
