Perth County OPP are on-scene at a crash on Highway 23/Road 164 near Atwood. Highway 23/Road 164 is closed is closed between Line 77 and Line 78. There were two vehicles involved and the OPP confirm that one driver has been taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
