Conservation Dinner returning to in-person event

The Conservation Dinner Committee of the Exeter Lions Club and Ausable Bayfield Conservation Foundation, is pleased to announce that the Conservation Dinner gala and auction is returning, in 2023, as an in-person event.

Committee Chair Dave Frayne says they're very grateful for the support of the public during the past two years of online auctions, but adds, it will be great to see people in person again for the 2023 Dinner. Frayne says tickets are now available and the Dinner committee encourages people to give the gift of community this Christmas holiday season by buying tickets for the dinner.

The Conservation Dinner takes place on Thursday, April 20th at the South Huron Recreation Centre in Exeter.

Frayne says there have been 30 Conservation Dinners in person since 1990 and two virtual Conservation Dinners in 2021 and 2022. The Conservation Dinner auction event has raised more than 1.285 million dollars for the community over 32 years. More information about the Dinner can be found at conservationdinner.com and the Ausable Bayfield Conservation website (https://www.abca.ca/foundation/dinner/).
