Mapleton Mayor Gregg Davidson will be representing Ontario on the national board of directors for the Federation of Canadian Municipalities.
Davidson is also a member of Wellington County Council.
Wellington Warden Kelly Linton congratulated Davidson in a statement, saying "the FCM Board of Directors for the 2022-23 term forms a broad base of support and carries the municipal message all the way to the Government of Canda."
The board is comprised of elected municipal members from all regions and meets four times a year.
