In a statement, the weather agency said that 5-10 centimetres of snow could accumulate by Sunday morning.
Heavy, blowing snow is expected after midnight, making driving conditions hazardous.
"Prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions. If you must drive, be prepared for areas of poor visibility," Environment Canada warned.
