GO-VAXX bus to stop in Listowel

Huron Perth Public Health (HPPH) announced that the Ontario GO-VAXX mobile clinic bus will be heading to Listowel.

Dr. Miriam Klassen, HPPH Medical Officer of Health, encourages anyone who is eligible and has yet to get their COVID-19 vaccine to attend one of these mobile clinics to get vaccinated as soon as possible.

"We continue to see a steady number of new cases in Huron Perth, and being fully vaccinated is the best protection against COVID-19," Klassen said.

The GO-VAXX clinics will be available as follows:

• Tuesday, December 14 - Steve Kerr Memorial Complex - 965 Binning Street West 1 – 7 p.m. • Wednesday, December 15 - North Perth Municipal Office - 330 Wallace Avenue North 1 – 7 p.m.

The mobile clinic provides first, second, and booster doses of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, as well as the paediatric vaccine for children aged five to 11.

Anyone wishing to attend one of the GO-VAXX mobile clinics should remember to bring their health card and wear a loose-fitting top for accessibility.
