Some slushy roads, good visibility

The weather radar showing some light flurries tracking eastward from the Lake Huron shoreline through Bruce and Grey counties as of 6 a.m. Tuesday.

Those flurries just clipping the north end of Huron County and sliding into north Wellington.

Road crews are describing well travelled roads, including provincial highways and county roads, as bare and wet with slushy sections. Secondary roads across the region are being described as snow covered to slushy in spots.

Visibility is good.

And while it is expected to stay cold Tuesday, the temperature will start rising overnight Tuesday and reach a high of 14 on Wednesday. There is also rain expected.

But the mild temperature won't last as it dips to 4 Wednesday night and holds steady Thursday.
