Huron County Ontario Provincial Police officers are investigating the theft of a Chevrolet Malibu that was taken Wednesday night in Wingham.
The victim's vehicle was stolen from the parking lot of an Albert Street business just before 6:00 p.m. when she left her vehicle running while inside shopping. She told police the suspect responsible for the theft was a male customer that was inside the store. After his purchase transaction was declined, and the suspect left the store, got into her vehicle and drove away.
