Environment Canada issues snow squall warnings

Snow squalls continue today in Grey, Bruce, Huron, and Perth counties.

A snow squall currently from Kincardine and Point Clark to Poole will move across the area today, weakening with time and coming to an end this evening.

An additional 10 to 15 cm of snowfall is possible today, most likely from Point Clark to Londesboro.

Prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions. Visibility will be suddenly reduced to near zero at times in heavy snow and blowing snow. Travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility. Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions.

Wellington county faces a Winter Weather Travel Advisory this morning.

A snow squall from Kincardine to New Dundee is affecting some locales. Up to 4 cm of snowfall is possible, particularly for areas near Wellesley. Conditions will improve later this morning.
