Owen Sound police responded to a weapons complaint and charged a man with drug and firearms offences.
Police were called Sunday around 1:30 p.m. to a home on the lower east side by a concerned citizen.
A 27-year-old man was taken into custody without incident. Police said two guns, ammunition, methamphetamine, and cash were seized.
The man is charged with careless storage of a firearm and ammunition, unauthorized possession of a firearm, and possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking.
The suspect is in custody awaiting a bail hearing.
