Elementary and secondary schools in the Bluewater District School Board are closed on Wednesday due to strike action by the Ontario Secondary School Teacher's Federation.
In Bluewater, OSSTF represents secondary teachers, education workers, educational assistants, early childhood educators, office professionals and technicians, and professional student services personnel.
Elementary extracurricular activities and events that were planned on Wednesday will be rescheduled, if possible.
As well, before and after school programs are cancelled.
