The crash happened around 5:30 p.m. last Thursday on August 15 on Wellington Road 124 near the Sixth Line.
The driver of the sedan, Brandon Adams, 21, of Erin had to be taken to a trauma centre with life-threatening injuries.
Police said Adams succumbed to those injuries.
