Fundraising campaign starts for Lucknow Community Health Centre

A major fundraising campaign has started for the new Lucknow Community Health Centre.

The goal is to raise $150,000 to outfit the Health Centre with new medical equipment, technology and furniture.

The renovation is key to the successful recruitment of two young doctors who plan to move from their temporary clinic in Wingham to their permanent home in Lucknow.

The Townships of Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh and Huron-Kinloss jointly undertook the Health Centre project.

The Royal Canadian Legion Lucknow Branch 309 has made a multi-year $5,000 pledge through the proceeds of their new Catch the Ace raffle.
