UPDATE: Motorcyclist dies following crash north of Arthur

One man has died after his motorcycle collided with another vehicle north of Arthur.

The Ontario Provincial Police said the vehicle and the motorcycle collided on Wellington Road 14 shortly before 2:30 p.m. on Thursday.

The motorcycle driver suffered life-threatening injuries in the crash and died a short time later in hospital.  He's been identified as 51-year-old Joey D. Catteau of Arthur.

There were no other injuries in the collision.
