Local chamber of commerce to host workplace cannabis forum

A special forum for employers regarding cannabis in the workplace will be held in Owen Sound in two weeks.

The event will be hosted by the Owen Sound and District Chamber of Commerce, and it will deliver information that every employer and employee needs to know about cannabis in the workplace. Topics will include what is legal, who needs to be accommodated, drug testing and many other issues and concerns regarding workplace cannabis laws.

Stone Tree Golf and Fitness Club will house the event on May 15 at 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m., with a breakfast served at 7 a.m.
