Storm Force Game 7

The Guelph Storm forced Game 7 in the OHL's Western Conference final with a 5-1 win over Saginaw.

Pavel Gogolev struck twice in the win. Dmitri Samorukov, Isaac Ratcliffe and Liam Hawel all had two assists for the Storm.

Sean Durzi, Nick Suziki and Fedor Gordeev also scored.

Jake Goldowski spoiled Anthony Popovich's shut out bid with a goal at 17:28 of the third. Popovich made 18 saves in the win.

Game 7 is tonight in Saginaw. It will be the third time the Storm have faced elimination in this series. The winner of tonight's game will face the Ottawa 67's for the J.Ross Robertson Cup.
