Warriors take Game 3 of their Midwest Conference Semifinal

The Stratford Warriors led 4-0 just three minutes into the second period and held on to beat Waterloo 6-3. The Siskins still lead the Midwest Conference semifinal 2-1.

The Warriors were 3-for-9 on the power play. Sean Ross led Stratford with a hat trick including two with the man advantage.

Jake Ertel, Evan Dowd, and Mitchell Casey also scored for Stratford.

Zack Weir earned the win with 26 saves. Machus Turner stopped 22 shots for the Siskins.

Game 4 is Wednesday, March 20th at the Waterloo Rec Complex.
