Updated at 11:10 p.m.:
Owen Sound police blocked roads and evacuated a building in the city Tuesday.
At approximately 3:00 p.m. police received an emergency call about a bomb threat.
A building in the 600 block of 2nd Avenue East was evacuated.
Police also rerouted traffic as a precaution and searched inside and outside of the building.
They did not find anything suspicious.
Later in the evening, police took one person into custody.
